Frontend-focused Software Engineer (MSc) with 10 years in software: 5+ years shipping Vue 3 / TypeScript at a Swiss SaaS, after 5 years building full-stack .NET apps. I led the point-of-sale squad and fixed the performance issue that let it handle 15× larger orders.

I specialize in Vue 3, TypeScript and the architecture around them — state management, REST and GraphQL integration, reusable component systems and end-to-end testing. My focus is shipping features that hold up and keeping large codebases maintainable as they grow.
At Smeetz, a Swiss SaaS platform for venue ticketing used across Europe, I helped build the point-of-sale app from day one and led its squad for two years. I fixed the performance bottleneck that capped orders at ~100 tickets, integrated Adyen payments, added offline-first sales, and designed a shared offers & discounts library used across the platform.
Before that I spent five years as the sole developer of internal full-stack .NET applications, from requirements to deployment. I hold a master's in software engineering, and my earlier years in demand planning and logistics operations mean I understand the business side of what I build.
I work as an independent contractor with a registered commercial entity, so B2B engagements are straightforward, and I'm equally open to full-time employment, onsite or relocating.
Where I've shipped.
- Helped architect and build the point-of-sale app from day one into a production system used daily by venues across Europe.
- Led the POS squad for two years (2 frontend, 1 backend, 1 QA, 1 product owner): technical decisions, code reviews, sprint and release planning, mentoring.
- Diagnosed and fixed a critical performance bottleneck, taking reliable order handling from ~100 to 1,000–1,500 tickets with no degradation.
- Integrated Adyen payment processing for in-person sales and built offline-first support so ticket sales continue without a network.
- Designed a shared offers & discounts library used across the platform, and rewrote ~95% of the waiver signature flow app in Vue 3.
- Maintained the B2C storefront and the B2B / back-office app (Vue 2, Vuex, REST), contributing to i18n for a pan-European user base.
- Sole developer of the organization's internal enterprise web applications, owning the full cycle from requirements to deployment.
- Built across the stack with ASP.NET Core MVC, C# and SQL Server, from data model and business logic to UI.
- Demand planner for LG's Home Entertainment line, running weekly S&OP meetings across supply chain, sales and finance.
- Warehouse supervisor overseeing a team of 29 across inbound, outbound and quality.
- Thesis: an intelligent case-based reasoning system for construction cost estimation.

Point-of-sale application
The primary product surface I helped build from day one and later led. A desktop point-of-sale app used daily by venues across Europe: Vue 3 and TypeScript packaged with Electron, backed by GraphQL and REST, with Adyen payments, offline-first sales and Cypress coverage. My performance fix took it from ~100-ticket orders to 1,500 with no slowdown.
Shared offers & discounts library
A reusable pricing library consumed by multiple applications, so offers and discount logic stay consistent across the platform instead of being reimplemented per app.
Waiver signature flow rewrite
Rewrote roughly 95% of the waiver signature flow app in Vue 3 and TypeScript, with REST integration and Cypress coverage — modernizing the codebase while keeping the flow live.
B2C, B2B & shared services
Built and maintained the customer-facing storefront and the B2B / back-office application (Vue 2, TypeScript, Vuex, REST, Cypress), plus the shared services layer that ties the products together.

On the side I'm building mobile apps, and I'm going deep on agentic AI software-engineering workflows: using AI coding agents in day-to-day delivery and working out where they genuinely speed up production work.
